🔒Data requests

Access, export, or delete your data

For data access, export, or deletion requests, write to privacy@earnsprouts.com with the email tied to your household. These are answered within seven days.

You can also delete your account immediately from Settings → Account inside the app — no email required.

Found something that doesn't look right? Email privacy@earnsprouts.com with a description and steps to reproduce. Acknowledged as fast as I can read it.

💸Refunds

First-month, no questions asked

The core EarnSprout app — chores, allowance, scripture, prayer — is free. If you've subscribed to Premium or Premium Plus and want a refund within the first month, just write in.

App Store refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through your order history, and web subscriptions — write to support@earnsprouts.com.
